I started by finding out what worked on the menu and what didn't. Asking clients what they wanted on the menu and what services I could provide to help them. I ended up with a business where I made all the product sold on the property from Pies to cakes to soup to sandwiches and rolls. I had worked for two years starting at 5am finishing at 4pm 5 days per week and also Sundays 1pm till 5pm baking for the next day. I only had one part time staff member and was tied so decided to take a month off to recover. I lasted 1 week.
