I'm an adaptable, talented and growth-oriented educator with 7+ years education experience. In the 2024 Fall, I'm returning to graduate school to pursue my master's in library and information science at Simmons University with the goal of becoming an academic instruction librarian for digital humanities. From 2021-2024, I lead my middle school humanities classrooms with a warm demand that had data-proven results. During the 2022-2023 academic year, my daily reading group of seven students achieved the highest level of reading growth in the entire middle school, with 100% of my students meeting or exceeding their reading goals. As the Post-Baccalaureate fellow for the Five College Blended Learning and Digital Humanities program, I consulted with four faculty members at Smith College, Amherst College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst to integrate teaching technologies into their curricula, to determine individual project needs, and to recommend specific digital platforms for their projects. I also advised the four Five College Undergraduate Digital Humanities Fellows on digital components in their senior thesis projects, guided them through technical hurdles, and ensured they met fellowship deadlines.
