I have thirty years experience in the primary health, early years, child and family and community sectors in NSW and Victoria. Twenty five of these have been spent in executive management. I have key strengths in identifying strategy to innovate and move practice/service delivery towards ensuring that consumers are better off. I bring a strong outcomes measurement expertise to my work and a focus on using evidence to move organisations forward in their policy and communiyt environments. I have extensive experience in reframing organisations and particularly in the areas of strategy and risk. I have a great toolkit for executive management and enjoy rolling my sleeves up to make the difference for people and communities.
