• We perform daily tracking of supplier invoices, goods in transit details from various supplierplants, and ensure that goods are received within the specified time limit.• Follow up with the transporter to ensure that suppliers inward materials are received on timeand without any delays .• Ensure the unloading materials from the suppliers truck corresponds with the shippingdocument .• Ensure the FIFO process on binning and picking the material .• Check the invoice, GRN entry process in SAP to ensure that the GST and TCS values match withthe suppliers invoice.• Purchase order creation with in the branch stock Transfers .• To Process a customers order , we convert it into an invoicing Process.• Check the invoice process, which includes generating IRN and QR codes in the E-invoice reportwithin SAP .• Responsible for preparing and dispatching materials from the warehouse to retail customers .• Planned route and vehicle optimization depend on the flow of invoiced materials and routeavailability.• Verify and document the proof of delivery acknowledgment for the dispatched material.• Conduct daily stock audits using the Perpetual Inventory Automation System, updating both themobile app and web portal .• Conduct an overall stock audit every month and update the variance Report .• Responsible for handling Warranty claims and Insurance for damaged materials received fromretailers and suppliers ,including preparing documents for material claims to suppliers.• Prepare purchase return invoices for the claimed materials to the supplier in SAP .Confirm the credit note and settle the returned material .
