Working on Commvault, Avamar & Data Domain.Monitoring and troubleshooting Backup issues occurring in the environment.Primarily looking after Hybrid cloud environment.Major contribution in setting up new commcell infra as separate project.Got this project transferred from vendor to our organization.Was involved in giving Reverse KT to fellow team members.Setting up ticketing automation in SNOWWorked on multiple significant change regarding to transformation.Supporting 3 regions EU, APAC & NA.Performing all types of restores on Windows, UNIX, SQL and Oracle.Configuring and troubleshooting all levels of agents like DB2, Oracle, Postgrade SQl, RAC cluster, Mongo DB, Azure, SQL, Cluster and Exchange Backups.Installing and troubleshooting the CommVault software on Linux, Solaris, windows, oracle, RAC, SQL platforms.Few Backups happening over VTL and basic disk pools in the environment so daily activity included monitoring the disk failures and space usage. Other backups are going directly to tape, hence working on IBM Libraries.Creating new user and user groups as per the requirement in commcell.Successfully upgraded the complete environment of 1600 servers from version 10 to version 11 including Commserve and Media agents with assistance from CommVault support team.Working Knowledge on Commserve, Media Agents and Client Configurations.Monitoring Auxiliary Copy and Data ageing job operations.Working on Vault Tracker procedure.Proficient on CommVault Client setup and different restore methodology.Working Knowledge on NDMP Backups.Knowledge of disaster recovering management concepts.Knowledge on CommVault Import and Export methodsWorking on CommVault Reporting skill, Daily reporting, event, and error reporting.Working on Archive retention, and Backupset.Working on Storage/ Schedule Policy Concept.
