Could give an impressive facelift to the entire edition comprising four Hyperlocal editions - Mumbai city, New Mumbai, Thane and Raigad.Launched and edited Sunday Edition - SUNDAY LOKMAT. Hyperlocal coverage with state angle, very exclusive content on the entertainment industry and Campus connect were salient features of the Sunday Edition.

-The task was to give a Metro look to a Rustic Edition, being published from Metro City Mumbai. -Covering the entire MMRDA region of Mumbai, it was not an easy job to re-design the edition.Mumbai Edition also caters Raigad, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, the largest political district of India. In-charge of Vidarbha Edition, covering 11 districts. Besides content management, developing new business models for circulation and Advt. was the core responsibility. Could bring out innovative supplements/special issues with attracting new readers in the fold. “We are in business and business must be viable” was the theme of every editorial project.

In-charge of Marathwada Edition comprising eight districts of the region. Could bring all the socio-political elements in the fold to present a mosaic of the target readership. Socio-economic connect of the content could attract Response Readership of the region which could convert readership into revenue generation.
