I am currently working as a Specialist in the Finance Transformation office at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd where I am responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of the transformation agenda through end-to-end program management. Before this, I was a part of the Young Leadership Program at Dr. Reddy's where I had multiple stints in the Corporate Finance domain covering Treasury, Commercial Finance, and Internal Audit. I have done my MBA (PGDM) in Finance from SPJIMR, Mumbai after having graduated from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata where I pursued B.Com. Hons., specializing in Accounting and Finance. I have cleared CFA Level 1 as well. Throughout my academic career, I have been an Institute Rank Holder.I have strong financial acumen and a knack for data-driven and strategic approaches to decision-making with a demonstrated history of perseverance and consistency. Over the years I have imbibed the qualities of being attentive to details, being a team player and having a goal-oriented mindset.I enjoy watching movies and sketching in my free time.
