• Procurement of all ranges of Outdoor Living furnitures, Lighting solutions, Kitchen lifestyle, Tiles & floorings.• Maintain optimum level of Inventory,• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for New Product launches & Product planning.• Liaise with Marketing Team on product displays/Merchandising solution.• Co-ordinate on Promotion of products in terms of Supply / Pricing strategy.• Conduct Supplier Meetings with respect to Initial Product Launches, Category study and Inventory Optimization.

✓ Initial Stock Order & Seasonal Demand Requirements Planning: Reviewing & ordering of parts for new vehicle launched in the market – during Initial Stock Order Phase (ISO) & Seasonal Demand Requirements planning.✓ Brands dealt: Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Ferrari/Maserati, Ford Trucks, Foton.

✓ Change Management: Earliest implementation of engineering design change.✓ Supplier Follow-ups & Implementation: Monitor, manage & achieve on time completion of supplier development activities for new models & mass production & ensure on time delivery for each trial & Start of Production (SOP).✓ BOM Management: Maintain 100% Bill of Material (BOM) accuracy.✓ Project Tracking: Track Engineering Changes & Co-ordinate with International & Domestic Suppliers for parts in plant for SOP & trial.

✓ Inbounds Management: Processing of Purchase Orders, receipts & receipts adjustments to Accounts payable.✓ Grievance Resolution: Issues pertaining to discrepancy in quantities between invoice and physical receipts.✓ Just In Time Implementation: Checking the usage of materials being dispatched by the Supplier and the Requirement, & coordinating with Purchasing Team for the acceptance/rejection of materials, thus achieving JIT.
