Projects and Achievements: Scrap Reduction Project: - In scope of continuous improvement we introduce a scrap reduction project during the various production stages. The project is leading to huge success as the savings are significant and production cost also reduced. Inventory Control: - We analysis various inventory like WIP & FG and come up with a solutions to reduce generation of excess inventory with effective consumption of dead stock. Trend analysis of below MOQ orders:- The booking of blow MOQ orders Leads to production losses we charted a trend of those orders and suggest, make to stock method with prediction. Increases Slitting Production:- Using Time & Work Study for various activities in slitting department we reduce the ineffective time and use this time to increase the production. ERP software upgrading Project: - Company is upgrading ERP system to the higher version we assist project department in the planning module configuration and data migration.Extra Activities: Working with Ujjwal-Prabha Consultants for adoption of cGMP in the plant. Prepared Plant MIS Report which covers all the plant operations for plant head.
