• Participation in detailed Procurement stage for the Inspection requirements of projects
• Ensure QA requirements for Vendors / Sub-contractors.
• Review and finalize the Equipment and Material Certification Matrix based on the Criticality rating
• Preparation of ITP and other related procedures for Company approval.
• Pre-Inspection meeting and Kick off meeting with Vendor along with Client for the ordered items
• Review of Vendor Documents (WPS/PQR, NDT and other Testing Procedures) and Review of Inspection reports

Saudi Arabia

• Shop Inspection of Pressure Vessels, Spheres, Shop and Field fabricated Tanks, Structural Steel, Pump,Pressure safety relief valves, Control valves, and Offshore skid assembly with mounted Equipments(Piping Spool.
• Attending Pre inspection meeting along with the client to discuss about the production activities and Inspection status as per the client IAP and specification.
• Review of Inspection and Test plan and conducting inspection as per the ITP stage and scope of Inspection
• Witnessing any testing required as per the project requirements such as positive Material Identification, Mechanical testing such as Tensile, Hardness test, Impact test etc.
• Beginning from the Material Verification as per the specification. Preceding all stages of in process Inspection as per approved ITP without violating any Saudi Aramco’s Inspection requirements, Review of all NDT.
• Inspection of Hydrostatic / Pneumatic test, Seat leakage, Set pressure and functional & performance test as per the Datasheet, IAP Specification, ITP stage and approved drawings.
