• Responsible for handling end to end process of Fraud detection and Withdrawal Processing(Junglee Rummy & Howzat).• Responsible for detection, prevention and minimization of fraudulent activities like Collusion, Money laundering, group fraud etc• Using decision making ability to reduce transaction loses, improve user experience.• Processing of transactions within TAT ensuring quality and internal/external Compliance. It also includes checking the KYC of users.• Deep analysis of user game play and transactions which has helped in 50% of automation in processing.• Making sure all user queries are addressed promptly and timely to ensure best user experience. Assisting stakeholders with product and live issues.• Communicating with Internal and External Stakeholders (eg: Payment Gateways) to escalate any issue regarding tools, product, transactions, user complaint etc. through Salesforce, JIRA.• Creating, updating and maintaining process documents on Confluence.• Responsible for Internal Audit of entire team to analyze and identify knowledge gap, will issue and try to bridge the gaps.• Proactive involvement in process improvement and streamlining to enhance business metrics like TAT, quality etc.

>Monitor and analyze fraud transactions by self-analysis and with the help of Fraud monitoring and risk mitigation tools i.e. Cyber source and Red shield, EBS, etc>Work on High Risk reports created by Fraud monitoring Tools.>Performing Chargeback on Visa and MasterCard on merchants on behalf of customers for any fraudulent transactions or for any false billing.>Interacted and communicated with the Bank's departments in identifying fraud detecting trending issues.>Developed, maintained, and disseminated knowledge on current fraud trends and issues.>Do fraud monitoring to minimize the fraudulent transactions done on International and domestic cards.>To prepare MIS reports i.e. negative data, missed fraud data etc.>To assist in chargebacks & pre- arbitration received from various payment gateways on domestic and international cards.>Extensive Data mining, generating weekly and monthly reports.>Forecasting fraudulent activities and giving remedies for them accordingly

- Developing and nurturing the banking channels for White Label business and ensuring the partnership of Paytm for all e-payment related solutions for the bank's clients. - Preparing guidelines for reviewing the merchant application. - Responsible for managing Banking relationship for smooth running of business. Handling banking and payment options related issues of merchants.
