 Responsible for ensuring various compliances is done by Vendor under Contract Labour Act. Providing guidance to various location for labour license, registration and various record to be maintained under contract labour act Monthly compliance review. Ensured The Contract Labour (Regulations and Abolition) Act’ entailing Agreement between Employer and Contractor & Follow up the registration whether it may be related to Employer or Contractor. Managed the compliances under various applicable statutes vis-a-vis Shops and Commercial establishments Act 1958, CLRA, and the labour laws.  Liaisning with third party consultants to ensure compliance under Central & Local Statutory Authorities. Receive and respond to various notices under the Labour laws for various entities PAN India. Liaise with internal stakeholders, the Reserve Bank of India and the State Bank of India management auditors
