December 2015 – June 2018 - Regional Finance Lead, APAC – Pfizer AccountReporting to Sodexo APAC CFO, managed a dynamic team of more than 20 members spread across 12 countries in APAC. As single point of contact, responsible to all stakeholders for all Contractual, Financial Performance and Control matters under Sodexo-Pfizer Facility Management Services contract which included monthly Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting, Contract management, Cost Control, Revenue Management, Receivables & Payable Management , Execution of change control etc.2. Promoted Olive Capital Advisors, a boutique Investment Banking and Advisory unit, engaged in Fund Raising services (through Private Equity Funds, NBFCs, Banks and HNIs) with special focus on Real Estate sector, Private Equity Advisory services and Institutional Real Estate Consulting.Key Achievements/Endeavours:• Built a strong network of Real Estate Developers and PE Fund Houses/NBFCs to fund developers with requirement above INR 50 Cr. across 5 regions including Mumbai, Pune, NCR, Chennai & Bangalore• Closed an asset valuation transaction in Mumbai worth INR 100 crore and pursued multiple fund raising transactions viz. INR 70 Crore for a developer (Chennai), INR 150 Crore for a developer (Bangalore), INR 100 Crore of a Pre-Leased Asset (Mumbai) etc.

Managed 7 Direct Investments worth USD 270 million deploying dynamic Investment Management strategies owing to portfolio being - geographically spread across North America, Asia and Africa - a diverse mix of seed capital, growth capital, growth-mature, distressed and a PE fund- a mix of minority, significant minority and majority stake exposureKey Achievements/Endeavours -• USD 20 million investment as Limited Partner in an Oil & Gas Investment Fund, registered in Cayman Islands, promoted by a Hong Kong based Private Equity Firm • Significant minority stake in Mauritian SPV formed to acquire significant minority stake in a Private Limited Company in Mumbai, India, engaged in oil and gas services • Majority stake acquisition of a Private Limited Company, engaged in trading and rental of industrial generators based in UAE• With net proceeds of around USD 100 million, successful Exit via Trade Sale of an Exploration Asset in Texas, USA, at an IRR of 35% • Successful turnaround of a dormant Oil & gas Services subsidiary based in Kuwait by making it bid and win 3 new contracts worth USD 86 million approx. • Formulation and execution of financial and management restructuring plan for Sudanese EPC entity • Marketing and fund raising efforts for new Gas to Liquid (GTL) technology based company in Houston, Texas (USA)

Credit Analysis for SME segment of ICICI bank and included:• Understanding the nature of client’s business and credit requirements • Analysis of client credibility to avail various credit facilities. It included financial statement analysis including ratio analysis – Z score calculations, profitability projections, collateral & reference checks, check on repayment history & promoter background, document verification etc. • Preparation of Credit Arrangement Report for getting the proposals sanctioned
