I believe: One Life No Retakes! Over the course of 32 years with the Indian Army, United Nations & the Corporate, I have had the opportunity of successfully delivering mega renewable, infrastructure and construction projects worth US$ 700 MM, forging strong teams in multinational & multi-cultural environments in South Asia & Africa (Democratic Republic of Congo & Sudan). These projects required capacity building, org structuring and restructuring to meet critical business objectives. Major facilitators towards these initiatives was digital & lean transformations to align strategic vision to execution reality. On the personal front I gained remarkable strategic exposure whilst serving with the United Nations and the Government of India towards strategic consultancy for Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs and Directorate General of Military Affairs. I am also fortunate to represent India at United Nations Multinational Planning Augmentation Team workshop at Mongolia, attended by select leaders from 19 countries.Besides the above, I have conducted quite a few programs on leadership and am a visiting faculty at Narsee Institute of Management Studies. Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring, playing golf, squash and running marathons. I have been a member and summiteer on expedition to Mount Abi Gamin (24,130 ft) and led two expeditions: Bison Blue Waters Expedition (mainland India to Lakshadweep Islands) and The Great Rivers Expedition (650 km of white water rafting in Siang, Siyom, Lohit & Brahmaputra Rivres).
