Managed marine department of a jack-up in daily drilling operations during elevated mode, organizing and preparing rig moves, positioning and preloading. •Planned and supervised deck management and cargo transfer to minimize handling and maximize efficiency.•Ensured the unit was compliant with the class, international regulations and MOM requirements.•Led rig team during safety inspection •On RPD prompt rig, setup a process for RPD measurement and management•Safely and efficiently executed all work scopes for the marine department during the 5 yearly special period survey and shipyard project.•Worked as a Stand in OIM in the cluster project (comprising 4 rigs TRXII, RTP, JTA, HHW) from Feb’17 till Jan’18. Together with the TEAM achieved a replacement of 250T of steel in record time, installation & removal of Crane Booms, etc.
