My role is to manage and organize the Customer account to make quality deliverables and increase the Gross Margin to show the potential at Offshoring and increase the Offshore headcount to fetch the ongoing Projects.It requires enlisting teams, implementing strategies, Measuring ROI etc. It requires IT & Business strategic management, initiating programs, Identifying Businesses & related IT projects, working with the team to achieve their technical solutions and delivering projects both development and production support. Building cross-cultural relationships, enhancing the talent pool, managing the finances & margin, and making sure we deliver quality, on time and in-budget project and products. Defined and executed product roadmaps, achieving a 35% increase in customer satisfaction. I work closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of product features.This helped in increasing the Gross Margin at Offshore as well as being able to increase the headcount of Offshore from 8 associates to 30. I was responsible for handling three different projects for the same customer which is a bank based out of Colombia where we are delivering Digital Payment Platforms, Integration systems & platforms and Integrated Workflow Management Solutions.This year we received the 100% Customer Satisfaction Index for the Integration Systems Project, and we successfully delivered the Digital Payment Platforms Project.

As a developer I was responsible for creating a new service according to the requirement from the client, creation of technical specification as requested by the customer, development of service according to the region it belongs to. And testing and creating a report on the efficiency of the service. Also, I had the responsibility of migration and implementation of services of the Bank about WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), Java and administration of WebLogic - Incident Management in production in the WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), and administration of WebLogic.

The project provides banking solutions to the customers of LATAM Bank. This was being developed to implement the core banking application for their customer. Revamping of visual basic based banking app into complete web app using JSP, Java Spring framework. I was responsible for requirements analysis, to validate the understanding and development of the module. The team developed multiple screens from front end to middleware. I also developed multiple Jasper reports according to the requirement of the client and resolved bugs during testing phase.
