Ensure that the manning in each department of the hotel as per the sanctioned strength and skilled and professional workforce is recruited to carryout various jobs at the unit.Ensure that all SOP’s as defined in the HR manuals are strictly implemented in the hotel.Ensure a vibrant work culture in the hotel by ensuring that each employee is kept motivated, well trained and a sense of belonging is inculcated in each employee. Monitoring the Salaries and wages by keeping a strict check on the attendance of each employee at the unit. Carrying out the timely appraisals of each employee as per the laid down Appraisals system.Monitoring and handling all Legal Matters and IR issues of the unit in a professional and proper manner. Coordination with the Police Authorities.Timely submission of MIS reports, Coordination with the Internal Audit teams. Carry out liaison activities with the labour department, pollution control department, PF, ESIC authorities. Monitoring and ensuring timely payment of all statutory payments.

As a member of pre-opening team, I have set-up the HR department.Alone handling all the Human resources functions like recruitment & Staffing, Induction, training, statutory compliance, welfare activities, selection for Employee of the Month, record keeping, corporate reporting,MIS reports, preparing attrition rate,exit interviews process etc.

As a member of pre-opening team member, I was the key person looking after major HR functions like Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, Adherence & implementation of policies, recruitment,welfare activities,cafeteria set-up and all other HR departments set-up, maintaining of files, time office processes, outsourcing of manpower, contractor's documents check-up, setting up of pre-medical check-up of staff, maintaining of staff records etc.

I was assisting HR Manager in all HR functions.Looking after salary processing, corporate initiatives, welfare activities,statutory compliance, corporate social responsibility, preparing manpower report, MIS reports, cafeteria planning, arranging town hall meetings, time office processes etc.

Worked with a production and manufacturing unit. Was looking after recruitment of sales and production staff. Was handling salary processing, attendance of staff, preparing MIS reports. Was involved in preparing of SOP and its implementation.

Worked with Hotel Taj Residency, Vadodara, An Indian HotelCompany Ltd. (A Tata Enterprise) as an Apprentice. Has learned all the major functions of Human Resources. I was involved in salary processing, time office, statutory complainces, cafeteria planning, cultural activities, corporate social responsibility, welfare activities, corporate reporting.
