Report to CEO. Oversee and improve core and critical financial workstreams, including accounting/reporting, technical accounting, payroll, taxes, internal control, month-end close process, and external entities relationships (legal counsel, tax consultants, auditors, banking etc.), in an on-premises software and SaaS environment. Manage treasury operations, and cash reporting. Leverage in-depth financial and business acumen to provide stability and cost optimization. Other areas of focus are: a. ASC 606 REVENUE RECOGNITION – Assessment and implementation of multi-element activities for on-premises, SaaS products and tier-based post-contract support (PCS).b. PRIVATE INVESTORS AND BOARD RELATIONS, including regular reporting to the Venture Capitalists, preparation of board resolutions, minutes, equity administration, and providing business intelligence for strategic decisions.c. ACQUISITION – Led the asset-based acquisition of a software solution company in Romania.d. BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION including medical, dental and vision, and 401(k)e. RISK MANAGEMENT– Commercial and General Liability, D&O,, Cyber and E&OE, Workers Comp. f. BUDGET AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS - Responsible for budgets and financial planning.g. SERIES FINANCING : Develop and execute capital structure strategies, assist in closing the late- stage seed, Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE), line of credit, and Series A financing. h. FOREIGN SUBSIDIARY MANAGEMENT – Financial reporting, regional compliance, human resources matter, Intellectual Property transfer, gratuity valuation, transfer pricing, and financial consolidation.i. CUSTOMER OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT – Evaluation of potential alliances, contract construct and negotiations for Direct customers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Resellers, and Subscription Agreements.

- Lead, direct and perform all day-to-day accounting functions, cash management, monthly/quarterly consolidated financial closings and monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting for Australia, UK and USA- Implemeneted revenue recognition standards for Software, SaaS, as per ASC 606 and IFRS 15, and prepared revenue recognition policies for Software, PCS, professional service and SaaS products.- Purchase Accounting - ASC 805, acquisition memos and post-acquisition opening entries.- Post-acquisition integration of acquired software company in Australia- Transfer pricing as per OECD guidelines- Multi-state sales & use tax, GST, VAT (including EU's VAT MOSS system)- Global risk management, including commercial general liability, technology, E&O, global travel and D&O- Managing outsourced services including external auditors and tax professional relationships
