Current• MCA with Overall 7 Years of working experience in IT industry on Quality Assurance and testing services.• Working as QA Lead in Manual and Automation Testing.• Having 1+ years of experience in Automation testing using QTP 10.0.• Creating Automation script using VBScript for testing the AUT.• Good exposure of using QTP integrated environment (Synchronization, Actions, Recovery Scenarios, and Methods).• Using Global/Local - Test/Action Parameters and Data-Sheets to create data-driven testing• Knowledge of Software Engineering practices (SDLC)/methodologies to be used during different phases of Software Test life cycle / Bug life cycle.• Extensive Working Knowledge of Documentation Testing comprising Test Plan, Test Scenario, Test Cases, Defect Summary.• Instrumental in implementation of various testing types like Integration, Smoke, Functionality, Usability, Regression, Compatibility testing.• Having experience in designing, writing and executing Test cases.• Experience in Defect tracking and reporting to improve communication and reduce delay.• Coordinating with development team & client for defect analysis, documenting and communicating test results.• Having experience in Database Testing on MS SQL Server 2008.• Exceptional research and problem solving skills, sound decision making capabilities coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
