CurrentI am responsible for : • Administration Function (Looking after General Administration, Liasioning with local authorities)• Advisory Function (Advise the line management in Personnel / HR matters) • Welfare of employees (Thru predefined welfare policies).• Compensation Management (Wages, Bonus, Incentives, Income Tax, as per varies Laws & co policies).• Performance Appraisal (Thru predefined appraisal system)• Industrial Relation (IR, Grievance Handling, Industrial Disputes-Major Field)• Manpower Management (Preparing Manpower Budget, Promotions, Transfers, Manpower Assessment)• Legal Matters (Dealing the cases in Labour Court, Asstt. Labour Commissioner (Gratuity, ID case), Regional Labour Commissioner(Gratuity case ) and assisting Companies empanel Advocates in Civil Court, CGIT, High Court, Tribunals etc.• Other Personnel/ Human Resources related function• Secretary of all Committees meant for implementation of “Workers participation In Management” (Canteen, House allotment, Welfare, Pooja, Sport, IR, Cultural)• Personnel Officer for five auxillary branchs of Area ie; Hospital, Workshop, Training Centre, Stores, Area Head quarter• Social security, fulfilling all statutory obligations under various Labour laws (PF, Pension, Compensation, Gratuity). • Asst. Public Information Officer under Right To Information Act 2005 (RTI).• Nodal Officer (Vigilance) to liasioning / follow-up with Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of company. • Land acquisition matters thru pre define Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R & R) Policy.• Contractor labor Management (Outsourcing Management)
