- Involved in end-to-end recruitment process.
- Receiving requirements from multiple RDA and analyze the requirement.
- Identified potential candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn (RPS), user groups, social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and utilizing our ATS (Qcompass).
- Create partnerships with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Create standardized recruiting and hiring manager processes at all points in the candidate life cycle to improve recruiting efficiency
- Work closely with our team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
