CurrentResponsible Robotic Soldering Programming Responsible for all the activities related to Productivity. Process operating controlling planning execution and improvement.Solving daily causes and find root causes of abnormalitiesAssist in the installation, Maintenance of machineryOperate tool in order to add in the manufacturing process.Perform periodic check on equipment and solve problems as detected.Work with other in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.Responsible for the activities of daily DPR (Daily Production Report) of Manufacturing.Responsible for the activities of Product Quality Control Communicate with team member and support team to ensure Continuous production of the Correct product at high quality level with minimum wasted time and material.Meeting the daily production schedule as per PPC planMan-Power Handling , achieve target as per daily production planPrepare loading & unloading plan for Assembly shopAnalysis of daily , weekly & monthly Rejection with graphTo improve the line efficiency OEE (Overall equipment efficiencyPlanning for power press requirement and raw material as per customer requirement.SAP
