During Project phase.Erection and commissioning of 1+16 continous with vertical stands finishing Rebar Rolling mill with rated capacity includes: Horizontal and vertical mill stands, Gear box, motors ,Repeators , vertical loopers , cobble shear , Continous shear, quenching box , automatic rake type cooling bed with double twin channel (moterised operated) cold shear ,chain transfer and bundling machine with hydraulic and lubrication system of respective equipment.Commissioning of mechanical equipment as Commissioning Engineer.Assit Project Engineering and services lead to coordinate betweek various contractor and Owner representatives.Project scheduling including materail and manpower planning.During Running phase .Develope and implementation of comprehensive maintenance procedure forpreventive and predictive maintenance.Material management like indents spares and maintaining minimum invention level.Preparing and implementation of standard operating procedures and work instruction for maintenance jobs and maintain record as per shift.Condition monitoring of machinery and equipment within design range and domain to eliminate in unwanted faliure.

During Project phase.Site Engineer Erection and commissioning of 2 Horizontal and 2 vertical Housingless stand by eliminating Roughing stands in line .Section and commissioning of Wire rod mill upto coil handling with lubrication system all pipe lines.During Running phase.Preparing checklist of all equipment and analysising the parameters.Maintaining spares drawing using CAD software for manufacturing or ordering.condition monitoring of equipments.Responsibility of handling the maintenance of Pinch rolls ,continous shear , Tail breaker ,cooling bed euipments and bunlde machine.Responsibility of handling the maintenance of Pumps and maintaining spares.Maintenance of EOT Crane .
