Facility Management At RED SEA GLOBAL Project.• Coordinate with chief engineer and direct the team with daily issues and solving problems of MEP to keep operation smoothly.• Continues monitoring and supervision for all operations and maintenance issue.• Providing quality control check sheets for PM and overhauls jobs to technicians and ensuring that all the check points are covered and PM or overhaul is done as per maintenance check sheet.• Overhauling, routine maintenance and alignment single and multistage pumps like CHILLER PUMP, SECONDARY PUMP, DOMESTIC WATER PUMP,FIREFIGHTING PUMP ( MAKE-KSB.GRUNDFOS ).• Manage and lead a team of HVAC and plumbing technicians, providing guidance, instruction, and support to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.• Conduct regular inspections to maintain the quality of HVAC and plumbing work. Ensure adherence to mechanical codes, standards, and project requirements.• Enforce and promote a strong safety culture by implementing safety protocols and regulations specific to HVAC and plumbing systems.• Organize safety meetings and inspections to prevent accidents and injuries.• Maintain accurate records of HVAC and plumbing work, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.• Provide training and mentorship to HVAC and plumbing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.• Responsible for the repairs of down-hole pumps, both insertion tubing pumpsand all types of maintenance ( PPM,CM,PM,BM )• Helping technicians for any difficulties facing them.• Prepare daily reports, Weekly reports, Monthly progress reports &circulating the same to top management.• Prepare MR for required consumable & non-consumables.
