• Looking after the overall operation of the stores.• Handling sales and marketing of given area.• Stock Inventory, making P/L statement.• Manage cash flow.• Achieving Sales & Revenue Target for the Store.• Monitoring the entire sales on daily basis Store Operations process implementation & Review. • Plan and support implementation of store level promotions across business areas. • Store Staff recruitments, Store employees training, business planning. • Monitor execution of sales promotion campaign display / merchandising. • Plan in the store, new product launches & events. • Implement the stores, operations manual. • Stock Management & Review with – Commercial & Circle Logistics.• Handling Admin responsibility.• Maintaining & promoting sales as per the budget set for the store.• Cross training among the team member.• Ensure SOP adherence.• Ensuring regular audits & reviews to meet desired standards.• Coordination with different departments for operations effectiveness.• People Management.• Develop & maintain a motivated and enthusiastic team for achieving and exceeding targets.• Responsible for grooming and development of staff for future roles.• Coordinate with zonal marketing team for implementation of marketing strategies.• Space Management.• Analyse space allocation category and subcategory wise with respect to the sales generated, stock capacity and seasons.• Shop in Shop.• Space selling for advertisements, displays and promotions.• Liasion with various Govt. bodies for permissions and licenses required for smooth operations of the store.• Controlling Pilferage.• Development and implementation of systems to control pilferage/shoplifting.
