I lead projects and productized offerings for the healthcare services sector, primarily targeting Fortune 500 companies. My key areas of focus include vendor sourcing strategy, vendor capability benchmarking, go-to-market strategy, and peer/market intelligence. Worked with multiple state & central government organizations in planning, designing & executing education projects at scale. Project Management:▪ Conducted as-is analysis of MIS' of education department of multiple states, identified gaps in existing systems▪ Designed a framework for an integrated school management system to be used commonly across representatives from state and central organizations▪ Analyzed TEI database across 40+ parameters, identified non-compliant ones, organized capacity building programs for in-house employees▪ Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to conduct open house sessions w.r.t new system, compiled, cleaned and resolved queries from TEIs
