We have to check and rectify the error were submitted claims to the Insurance company and resolve the errors with the help of Separate Teams to add proper modifiers and codes about patients’ illness and sickness to get Reimbursement for the amount paid to the Providers service on behalf of patient’s side and sometimes we need to call to the Insurance to get some information about submitted claims were Denied from the Insurance. The main motive in RCM is to get any type of treatment performed by the specialist/provider to the patient need to get reimbursed from the Insurance and pay the provider.
