Current1. Currently working as a Deputy Manager at Haldia Petrochemicals Limited with a 5.5 years of experience in Production of Petrochemicals.2. Monitoring Production & Quality during plant-run and appraised as Excellent & Outstanding Contributor in 20-21 & 21-22 respectively.3. Studying different types of failures in the plant and analysis, initialization of improvement processes for countering the same.4. Proven skills in controlling and monitoring process parameters.5. Managing Manpower to achieve targets & coordinating with other disciplines to achieve goals.6. Hands-on experience in operating DCS Honeywell Experion R 301.3, 9 induced- draft Furnaces for cracking of NAPHTHA, ETHANE, LPG; High pressure Multi-stage Boiler Feed Water Pumps, 9 High Pressure Steam Drums with operating pressure of 128 kg/cm2, De-aerator System & chemical injection.7. Knowledge of Process Flow Diagram, Pipeing & Instrumentation Diagram, Start-up activities of Furnace, temp up, cracking and feed-out , Decoking, temp-down and handover of Furnaces to Maintenance Departments, feed-changeover from Naphtha to LPG or Ethane, Steam Header Charging during start-up (LP,MP,HP,SHP).8. Learning the various Cause & Effect interlocks and following SOPs for efficient DCS operations, along-with production and machine requirements.9. Resolving issues and delays in production, with proper communication with SIC and Operators & finding ways to reduce costs and maximize quality, training staff in new & existing processes.
