Responsibilities:(i) Credit Appraisal: for deals placed under IT & Health Care Infra Vertical (loan ticket size being more than Rs.10 Mn), which included:• Preparation of CAM or appraisal note. • Analysis of client financials (audited, provisional and projected) along with cash flow statement.• Assigning internal credit rating of the deal from risk perspective.• Preparing SWOT analysis of the deal.• Promoter Profiling, highlighting key information relating to the client and its promoters/directors etc.• Reference check of the client as well as its promoters (if possible) with other lenders/financiers.• Validating the documents presented by the sales team for its authenticity and records purpose.• Validating the track record of past repayments of the client with us as well as other lenders/financiers.• Visiting the client along with sales team at its establishment, to understand its financial need, its business model, its experience in current business, the level of goodwill it enjoys in the market, end use of the proposed funds etc. • Presenting the deal to the approving authorities or committees as per company policies & guidelines.(ii) Underwriting of Credit Proposal: for deals placed under Pre-Owned Construction & Mining Equipment Vertical (loan ticket size of more than Rs.10 Mn) received from PAN India branches, which included:• Underwriting the deal with the objective to highlight key risks and mitigates in succinct form with a view to improve the portfolio quality and minimize credit losses. • Evaluating the proposals in the light of internal credit policy guidelines, RBI guidelines, verifying correctness of the financial analysis, proposed terms & conditions etc. • Structure credit proposals to meet the needs of clients while ensuring compliance with guidelines, appropriately crafted covenants and security.
