• Identifying and solving technical problems of hardware and software.• Providing training to new junior employee.• Ensure the organization compliance standards are maintained in Provisioning, deprovisioning, lifecycle management.• Creates and manages approvals and execution of the Access management related requests• Support for onboard & off board activities, including provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts• Handle Periodic maintenance for the Identity & Access management systems.• Support Privilege access management system and handle support requests.• Interact with team members and ensure timely and successful delivery of each sprint iteration• Ensuring operational governance for incident, problem and change management• Collaborate with Audit team to share IT, security and privacy expertise.• Identify project risks and raise them dedicatedly• Agile process during the project execution; (on the ground to answer all the questions immediately).
