I have total experience in press shop department as a senior production engineer almost 9 years.presently I am working in jai bharat maruti group manufacturing 2 Wheeler and 4 Wheeler part my qualification b. tech mechanical engineer. my skill manpower handling and motivation worker time to time to achieve target production. production planing daily basis as per customer requirment and effective utilization of resource. my job responsibility. 1. achieve spm and spph daily basis in shop floor. 2.manpower allocation as per proper planing. 3.change management. 4.oee5.tpm6.5s7.skill matrix and education and training of manpower. 8.industry 4.o shop floor loss analysis to over come losses. 9.kaizen activity in shop floor. 10.die set up time reduce using smed and reduce non value added activity. 11. documentration as per iatf and vsa audit. 12.safety maintain in shop floor. 13. coordination properly with maintenance and tool room department for proper smooth flow of production.14. daily production planning on shop floor and maximum utilization of resources. 15.quality check of running parts. 16.reduce consumable cost in production department. 17.gemba visit in shop floor and monitoring unsafe act and unsafe condition and near miss and proper ppe adherence in shop floor. 18.good leadership and motivate manpower and improve productivity in shop floor. 19.daily red bin analysis and find out route cause of defect and necessary countermeasure and action taking. 20.red tag activities in shop floor to maintain 5s in shop floor. 21. fg part tagging and bar code system maintain and fifo system maintain in rm. 22.develop good culture in shop floor and training given associate during tea break and on job training. 23. maintain 4m record plan, unplanned,and abnormal situation in shop floor. 24.prepare weekly mcm data and monthly mrm data. 25.safety walk and safety score and 5s score responsible audit in shop floor. 26.daily morning meeting with consern department like rm team, maintenance team, tool room team and dispatch team. 27.maintain system as per iatf in shop floor.
