• Technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support of Kitchen Ventilation Hoods and Ecology Units.• Develop, present, or responded to proposals for the specific customer requirements. • Preparing proposals / quotations and drawings.• Follow up and monitor the progress of the projects.• Site supervision for the installation and commissioning of the kitchen hoods. • Handling customer problems / complaints & maintain close relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.

• To ensure that company policies and procedures are maintained and implemented at all times, whilst continuously seeking ways to improve refine and modify procedures. Coordinate the workload and distribute the work amongst the workers.• To supervise the appointed workers (Fabricator, Welders, Riggers and Painters) and effectively complete the workload in the allocated time frames.• Participating in Engineers weekly/monthly meetings, preparing points for discussions, following orders and requests for consumables material.• To raise Work Inspection Request upon completion of work.• Coordinate with Third Party Inspector for quality checks.• To ensure structure handover to client qualifies project specification, approved for construction shop drawings and relevant document.• Awareness and understanding of all safety rules and regulation in company.• Ensure the maintenance of high standards of housekeeping at all times.• Submitting weekly/monthly reports.• Bill of Quantities preparation based on drawings.• Calculation of total fabricated quantities and Preparation of client Bill as per built site condition.• Preparing variation order as per actual site condition.

• Study the fabrication and erection drawings and prepare a work schedule.• Prepare the quantity of material list according to BOQ.• Provide necessary information to technicians for the fabrication and erection of steel structure.• Maintain a pending job schedule and necessary action for completing the job.• Prepare proper job completion report for billing and regular meeting with client to make the job high quality and easier.
