Co-ordinate with client and end user to gather business requirement for projects initiated by Mashreq bank. Feasibility analysis of requirement with the help of Mashreq technology team. Presentations of feasibility analysis result to Mashreq clients for their go ahead.2. Preparation of Business Requirement Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).3. Evaluation of software development life cycle model for respective change initiated by Mashreq bank.4. Preparation of model diagram and data flow diagram.5. Preparation of UAT scripts and coordination with testers for UAT.6. Deployment of change request in live environment.7. Identification of all risks associated with process. Planning, designing and implementing of overall riskmanagement for Mashreq process. Implementation of controls to mitigate those risks. Barclays performance deck, capacity deck, BSS story and Monthly Business Review deck to senior management.8. Ad-hoc presentations to senior visitors, Steering Committee and functional leaders.

Salary inputs for entire BSS are calculated accurately and forwarded on time to the payroll team; including documentation of all approvals and inputs for audits. Ensure that understanding between operations and MIS team on any monthly incentive or weekly contest rolled out is the same in terms of calculation parameters etc...
