- Utilizing Navision 2016 ERP to streamline operations.- Managing cloud-based database systems for improved data accessibility.- Configuring and optimizing the Material Management, Finance, and Sales modules at the organizational level within the ERP.- Creating and maintaining Material Master, Vendor Master, and Customer Master records, as well as updating Purchase Info Records and managing user security and profiles in the ERP.- Overseeing and monitoring the procurement process, material consumption, and dispatch operations through the ERP system.- Conducting monthly reviews and monitoring of inventory management processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer, consignments, and physical inventory.- Providing comprehensive training to consultants and end users on ERP functionalities and best practices.- Analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements, resolving bugs, designing custom solutions, and troubleshooting complex information systems management issues.- Leading a team to address and resolve critical software, hardware, and networking issues.- Managing systems-related incidents and problems by performing root cause analysis and implementing suitable corrective actions.- Overseeing IT department activities to ensure smooth operations and automation of data processing, including IT asset management, software licensing, SOP development, IT budgeting, AMC management, and vendor support.- Monitoring project issues, changes, and risks, and making prompt decisions to resolve problems efficiently.
