As the event coordinator for the Electric Vehicle Club, VIT Bhopal University, I will be responsible for various events to be organized and conducted at the University for the purpose of instilling innovation and knowledge in the field of electric vehicles. I am responsible for the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, hackathons, and expos that involve students, industry professionals, and faculty. I work closely both with club members and outside partners to ensure that the events flow from conceptualization through execution and provide an environment where collaboration and learning can be experienced. You will also be responsible for logistics coordination, managing the budgets of the events, and promoting events via various channels to maximize participation. Therefore, this leadership will become critical in driving the club's mission of advancing understanding and technological acceptance of electric vehicles at the university and beyond.
