𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙁𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 {𝙒𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩}-Commissioning of Water Base Paint Plant in coordination with Berger team, ABB India and ABB France engineers. -Responsible for loop checking(DI &DO,AI&AO) of all the instrument installed in the plant. -Sequence trial of all equipments as per process flow and production requirements.-Pigging system sequence trial for Emulsion transfer in Let down tanks, Slurry transfer from TSDs to Mixers and for filling of FG product. -Sequence trial of powder loading from FIBC ,BSM system to Silo & powder hoppers. -Working of air dryer and blower ,their trouble shooting .-Sequence trial of powder dosing from Silo system to powder hoppers. Knowledge of troubleshooting related to suppressor and whole powder conveying system.-Kaizens during plant commissioning for production improvements. -Training and supervision of field operators for safe operation and increasing the productivity.-Permit to work system for the vendors working in the plant. -Field operations and executing operational jobs as per SOPs and  process control.   -Responsible for maintaining 5'S in plant as per standard operating conditions during commissioning and later on. -Supervision of plant start-up with team members under plant managers and plant head.

𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙁𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩-Tracing and Matching of installed equipments, material flow pipelines and instruments as per P&ID.-Responsible for maintaining plant as per standard operating conditions.-Timely reporting of abnormality to engineering department and higher up. -Maintaining log books on daily basis. -Effective way of handling trouble shooting and within time solution creator with other departments.

-Handling Quality control activities.-Batch making sheet generation,Batch closing posting and RM transaction through oracle system. -Hands on experience in DCS operations. -Process batch adjustment, approval and proceeding FG batches for Filling as per plan. -Filling and ASRS audit.-Optimizing consumption of raw materials requirements. -Evaluation of process metrics for developing and understanding of trends in month wise productivity.
