International Standards Requirements (as per EN/ ANSI/ AS/NZS/ CSA, etc.) Testing & PPAP of Final product at assembly.Prototyping and Testing to meet standards of newly developed Product (NPD) defining the process, APQP, and proceeding with it for third-party testing and certification. Handling plastic injection mold products, Polymeric Plastic Material PP, Nylon, HDPE, LDPE, PE, ABS, etc. selection as per its use.Troubleshooting of Mold with Plastics Parts defects- Flash, Sink Marks, Weld lines, Flow marks, etc.Daily Review of Production vs Rework.Rejection and Rework minimization with the help of 7QC tools.Analyzing Risk and Opportunity, Process control, and optimization as per IMS policy using various standards and tools – 6S, Kaizen, HIRA, 3G- Gemba, Gembutsu, Genjitsu, Poka Yoke, Lean Manufacturing, etc.

Troubleshooting of Mold with Plastics Parts defects- Flash, Sink Marks, Weld lines, Flow marks, etc. Scientific allocation of Manpower & Review of Production vs Rework, Rejection and Rework minimization with the help of Lean Six Sigma tools. Analysis of Risk and Opportunity, Process control, and optimization as per IMS policy using various standards and tools – 5S / 6S, Kaizen, 7 QC tools, Gemba, Poka Yoke, Lean Manufacturing, etc. Resolving production issues and customer complaints by analyzing its root cause and making its CAPA against Internal & external Customer Alarm notes/complaints, Continuous reduction in operational costs by process improvement and product designs using Value engineering; ECN/ PCN as & when required.
