 Accountable for registering / capturing all enquires received on daily basis. Keeping a track on the deadlines / enquiry closing date  Preparation of Quotations/Tenders/Bids for EPC contractors, Sub contractors, Fleet owners, Oil producers and submitting as per requirement and in said formats for life saving and fire fighting equipments. Visiting Client / attending pre bid and post bid meetings Reviewing and responding to technical queries/clarifications receiving from clients. Liaising with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business opportunities. Coordinate with sales Executives/Engineers to better align company goals and tactics. Developing new Clients and business leads. Negotiation with major suppliers for any tenders, bids, quotes during the estimation stage to obtain better prices and delivery times. Liaising with Sales Team to get more inputs on the expectation of the customer which will help us optimize the quote Follow up with customer and Price optimization Assist Sales team in follow up on debtors and secure timely payments Efficiently maintaining desired mark up, as set by the management Maintaining order forecast which will help us plan our stock Follow up with sales team for quoted projects and also to provide support to sales team in terms of technical information, attending site meetings during bidding, visiting customer with sales team periodically and also after any major quote submission for any discussion of the technical and commercial issues. Follwing up with vendros, internal logistic team for smooth execution of purchase order. executing and keeping the track on the progress of purchase orders receiving for EPC projects.
