• Held discussions with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements through interviews and brainstorming with industry experts alongside observational research methods to build the information architecture (IA).
• Collaborated with stakeholders in planning the roadmap along with the sprint allocations for the team.
• Defined a design system based on web accessibility standards using styles and components ideated when creating the platform in an effort to standardize designs and providing the documentation on implementing and using.
• Worked with internal and external stakeholders, in refining the existing design process to incorporate agile methodologies through brainstorming sessions, presentations and conducting pilot sprints.
