Mechanical Engineer
Current• Responsible for operating, controlling, and monitoring the hvac system,steam system, including boilers, calorifiers, mechanical pumps, and water softeners.• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues and ensure the smooth operation of distillers, pure steam generators, and VFD motor-operated pumps.• Utilize SCADA systems to monitor the supply and return loops of water and steam, ensuring efficient processes.• Conducting troubleshooting of package hvac,boilers, compressors, blowers, WTP and WWTP motors, as well as control valves to support maintenance activities and reduce equipment downtime.• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on HVAC,WTP, WWTP, boilers, compressors, blowers and pumps, ensuring accountability and regulatory compliance.• Prepares a 52-week plan schedule and maintained related documentation, emphasising spare availability for all equipment.• Control and coordinate the nitrogen, oxygen, and LPG distribution system.• Ensure safe operations of the unit by strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance with safety practices and procedures.
