(Fund Transfer, Export Collection/Discounting, Import & Export Booking, Liquidation-Sight & Usance Bills.)Ensuring all the payments in conformity with FEMA/FCRA/KYC/AML/RBI Guidelines.Sending SWIFT messages to overseas counterparts regarding payment details or confirmation.Responding to internal and external inquiries, SWIFT messages, initiating follow up inquiries and independently resolving exceptions. Resolving queries and discrepancies in the transaction by coordinating with customer and ensuring seamless processing of transactions from end to end.Verifying transactions as per the agreed service standards & approved procedures

Preparing the MIS, handling the complaint management system and Work on SFMS and other banking systems.

Process : Operations & Service DeliveryKey Accountabilities:Handling NOSTRO & VOSTRO Payments set up and independently handling the same.Liaising up with Beneficiary banks for payments and funding done for VOSTRO Accounts.Reconciliation of NOSTRO and VOSTRO Statements of the bank.Handling foreign currency deposits and withdrawal request given in Branches. Follow-up with treasury for currency conversion rates and forward dealsScrutiny of Foreign currency deposits & withdrawal documents submitted for realization by the branches and processing the same independently.
