Operations Manager
Current· Manage day to day Administration requirement, including all of the paper works, relating to business enquiries, customer database, customer orders, fulfillment and quality management.· Provide Customer Service including walk-in and remote clients, in a professional manner.· Use various computer software products; including house ERP system and Wilcom E3 software for producing and editing embroidery patterns for productions.· Advising director on matters requiring attention and implementing the decision and Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.· Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.· Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
