Assist Spark Project in-charge in migrating user’s hardware devices like desktop, laptop, Tablet, Docking Station, WYSE (HSD) etc. in NZ Police Desktop roll out project at various police secure sites across Auckland and North land. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware related issues raised by the customer face to face. Deliver top quality work to the highest standard including VIP customers (Senior police officials).Track and record the Asset ID and Serial no. of the devices being replaced during the project.
