Store Activities· Monitoring all day-to-day store functions like issue, receipt, bin management, inventory accuracy, gate passes & scrap sale.· Ensuring compliance and controls of all procedures like materials receiving, issue posting, returnable / nonreturnable gate pass, inspection, rejection, stock transfer, scrap disposal, materials preservations etc.· Systemizing and optimizing Raw Material Stock for smooth plant operation.· Monitoring Packing material stock for smooth dispatch of product.· Monitoring GRNs and issue voucher posting TAT (Turn Around Time) within 48 Hrs.· Ensuring optimum level inventory are kept with Min-Max system for smooth level operation of the unit.· Preparations of monthly / quarterly / yearly reports like MIS (Master Information System), ABC analysis, Slow Moving / Non-Moving / Obsolete reports, RGP / NRGP, Rejected Items in hand.· Quarterly report of Critical report to section heads with ageing data.· Co-ordinating with Procurement team before placement of Purchase Orders by checking and Releasing Purchase Requisitions.· Ensure that every material procured whether local or imports are quality certified by the respective user and thereafter-inward document is prepared.· Manage all communication with Finance & Accounts team as well as other user departments to cater the requirement of such respective teams on timely basis.· Stock verifications on a quarter basis for keeping optimum level inventory.· Monitor work of all inventory control personnel, ensure achievement of all objectives, and provide improvements to same if required.· Preparation / change / monitoring of SOP (Standard operating Procedure) for store functions.· Co-ordination with auditors for successful audit and closing NCs/observations if any within timeline.· Controlling scraps generation with optimum reusage.· Physical stock verification of scrap on monthly basis and follow ups for removal on timely basis.· Ensuring and reviewing legal compliances are 100%
