Inqui-lab aims to prepare every child for the 21st century by nurturing a culture of creativity and Innovation at schools. We believe the current education system is too focused on rote-learning & children are not being given enough avenues to submit original ideas & engage in meaningful creation.

Teach for India, Fellow, Hyderabad | (June 2014 – till date)> Improved culture of achievement in class on the student vision scale from destructive to interested and hardworking. > Implemented the Arts Project with the school team. Drawing, drama, crafts and song interpretation were taught to 110 kids of grades 3, 4 over a span of four months improving creativity and self -confidence in kids. > Planned and implemented health camps, school banking and discussion in communities around 3 schools in the old city as a part of ‘1000 Smiles’ project. Improved engagement between members of the community and the school. Impacted directly 500 students and 50 families. Strategized and executed financial literacy project in 3 schools. > Initiated ‘Prayag’, a speaker series where personalities from different walks of life share their experience and essence with audience comprising of staff, fellows and outsiders increasing learning and networking. > Raised funds (INR 60000) to increase exposure and access opportunities, enhance infrastructure, invest students in extracurricular activities prompting accolades from all the stakeholders. > Selected to be a part in the Fellowship Recruitment Committee (FRC) amongst 70 fellows. Invested potential candidates to join fellowship, planned and executed sessions for potential candidates. > Trained 15 teachers and engaged in school and community development activities with 5 schools as a part of summer internship with Sunbird, a non-profit organization, working religiously in school and community development sectors in remote regions of North East India. [May 2015 – July 2015]

Analyse and develop script to analyse the quality and design of the product – coordination with teams in the US to plan for and implement changes in the product.>The job involved creating and testing scripts and communicating with field engineers to implement changes.>Completed technical certification in testing tools to deepen understanding and improve effectiveness. >SPOC for assigning tasks to the team – involved collaborating with other teams to regulate work flow and manage data for the team using Excel.
