Leading the Mineral Processing division, overseeing activities from sales to project execution. My responsibilities encompassed setting strategic sales targets, crafting effective sales strategies, and engaging with clients to discern their specific needs. Primarily tasked with securing mineral processing contracts, a responsibility that entailed adeptly adapting in-house equipment designs to align with project requirements and overseeing the complete project execution process. I played a pivotal role in ensuring that the in-house equipment was tailored to meet project specifications while adhering to strict project schedules. Additionally, I held the responsibility of fostering technological collaborations in the mineral and material handling sector, actively seeking opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies and forge strategic partnerships to enhance our operational capabilities and competitiveness.

Primarily responsible for engineering and executing complete plant systems like Green Anode paste plants, Firing Control systems, and more. This involved Indianization, providing technical support, and ensuring project-specific adaptations for proprietary equipment to meet project schedules. I also handled the preparation of RFQs, offer evaluations, vendor discussions, offer finalizations, drawing evaluations, and schedule control to ensure project requirements were met.

Was a valued team member involved in the design of grinding mills for mineral processing plants. My responsibilities included working on diverse mill designs, including Trunnion Supported Ball Mills, FGD Ball Mills, Shell Supported Ball Mills, and SAG Mills, each tailored to specific mineral ores like Gold, Iron, and Limestone.
