In this job profile we used to help the customers in making their payments by giving them various plans and means. Tracking the payments schedule and following them up for the schedule.

Worked there for a month but as targets were not met so they [HR and Ops manager] asked some of us to leave the same day. and they used the term 'Separation'.There work was to connect with different people of different industries through phone calls to whom business e-mails have already been sent regarding new technologies especially AI. To take the concent and ask them for the best time to arrange a scheduled call.

To give premium customer experiences, answering the queries, educating them about online account, new features and rewards, doing security checks, helping them in filling application for cards, maintain AHT and OCR. Also to retain the old customers by providing them more information about their account and different beneficial offers.

In this organisation the job was to search for the people apt for the requirements provided by the client. We were used to search different job portals even social media for the candidates. Even we had internal database to search for right ones. Task was to keep track and follow up on regular basis so to acquire the target.

That was a venture taken by us in Mushroom Farming. It taught us many things about the farming and what challenges do we face in the rural areas. How we started and withheld to it even after many challenges!
