About Vivek Sah, Phd

I am a higher education leader, currently serving as the Director of Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, a school of excellence in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. In my current position, I am responsible for leading the school in all aspects including managing our undergraduate and graduate programs, fund raising, industry outreach, innovative policy-oriented research, and forging of strategic partnerships across all campus units as well as across the nation and globally. As a real estate economist, I actively conduct academic and industry based research on various topics including housing markets, commercial real estate and REITs.
