POSITION SUMMARY:To manage all the inbound activities associated with the Raw Materials Stores and Bulk Liquids, including monitoring and scheduling of bulk liquids, receipt and processing of all inbound raw materials and bulk liquids in Syspro.To manage weekly and monthly molasses reconciliations and associated liaison with the Operational receiving team, molasses transporters and sugar mill personnel.To manage all transactional and administrative activities associated with Raw Materials Stores, in terms of receipts, storage, batch tracking and transfers.To manage and capture weekly and monthly stocktaking of all raw materials Stores and Production Stores, including Surprise Counts.To manage key warehousing personnel and their associated responsibilities.Management of all related FSSC22 000 and ISO 9001 raw material quality and food safety issues, including documentation, specifications and electronic record keeping.Management of the general waster area and product waste areas.To assist with the monitoring and management of all inbound local and imported commodities.

Responsibilities: • Complete SCM Function• Procurement & Logistics• Checking of BOM's received from sales department for accuracy and completeness.• Processing of orders into Axapta, by way of creating:• Purchase Orders• Sales Orders • Invoicing across all Business Units• Orders are placed with Suppliers• Cost prices are confirmed before ordering. • Eta's are confirmed with suppliers and communicated to Customers• Goods are received, cost prices are compared to the BOM's and goods are GRV’d into Axapta. • Create customer Delivery Notes / Invoices on Axapta. • Purchasing of Backup Spares• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay• Receives products and coordinates delivery• Prepares loads for shipment• Takes steps to avoid quality control issues• Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met• Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles• Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes• Assisting Sales with Reports• Responsible for Warehouse and Stock• Responsible for Stock Counts – Backup Spares and Trading Stock• Adhoc requests as may be required from time to time

• Prepare the short term supply plans across the hubs and depots in order to maximise customer service while optimising storage and transport capacity• Execute the degree of forward planning (3 - 6 months, 2 years etc.) as defined by management. • Understand and use the latest planning standards (agreed volumes, warehouse space constraints and transportation routes) and tools (ADEXA) to generate the rough cut supply plan. • Develop alternate scenarios to address exceptions by closing the gap between supply and demand • Assist with the development of the warehouse space requirements plan for the next 12 months on a rolling weekly basis and manage the accuracy thereof • Work closely with the Principals’ planning teams to ensure that the anticipated production is sufficient to meet the demand in the longer term. • SAP- materials planning and BW • Understand the variances against targets for key KPI's and provide explanations and corrective actions required. • Proactively identify and implement limited innovations, particularly those that will reduce costs, improve alignment of demand and supply and increase profitability. • Work closely with the customer and provide open and clear communication at all times to solve any problems that arise due to variances in forecasted demand.

- Assisting Deloitte with their client's Housing Project.- Liaising with senior management to coordinate the Housing Project scope and schedule.- Planning the scope of the client's Housing investigation work through the design and communication of detailed investigation procedures.- Performing project Fieldwork (Recreating the General ledger and validating supporting documentation)- Writing and re-wording of project issues in the house style for presentation to management. - Closing out with senior management, discussing detailed issues with management and gaining their acceptance of issues and action plans
