• Support creation and roll-out of Learning & Development roadmap that helps the business to scale and our employees to grow• Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic instructional design• Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple projects from analysis through delivery concurrently• Conduct needs analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics• Manage curriculum portfolio to ensure accurate training materials and assessments from new hire onboarding through continuing education and role specific accreditation programs• Execute on curriculum maintenance, review and implementation cycles• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional training delivery stakeholders and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps• Utilize recent industry experience to make appropriate design decisions• Provide train the trainer sessions (classroom or virtual) to support implementation of training programs and deliver instructor-led classes and programs (in person or virtual)• Ability to facilitate high quality learner focused programs, which have informative content and engaging learning techniques environment.• Collaborate effectively across teams to roll-out scalable training solutions around leadership development and manager capabilities• Develop highly effective training material, assessment and learning options• Create and implement development programs to increase employee engagement and satisfaction• Support the development of learner engagement strategies and evaluation plans

• Supervise structured learning metrices and also oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.• Managing live performance metrices end to end for the assigned territory.• Conducting learning session on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.• Maintaining data and analysis through reports on excel (as per business requirement)• Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.• Partners with operations leaders while conducting station audit to check the process compliance and fix the gaps on an immediate basis.• Identifying learning coaches & certifying them.• Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance.
