Check Candidate Placement Status.Coordinate with client regarding placement.Responsible for north India.Near about 28 Branch of IIJT institute .Responsible for external an internal recruitment.Training and orientation for candidate before interview.Conduct the Campus placement.Responsible for generating revenue for client by souring the candidate through portal like naukri monster.Client management and generation.Induction for new joiner.Coordinate with BD team and Center .Responsible BTL activity like Job Fair in north Location.Responsible to achieve the defined hiring targets in terms of time, cost and quality for the assigned department/division.Develops the hiring strategy for the company in association with the Reporting Manager by providing inputs on job market trends.Maintains a regular communication with selected candidates to ensure smooth on boarding within the company. Regularly prepare and update the recruitment tracker and MIS as per defined timelines.Effectively maintain all hiring related data & document as per recruitment standard and process.Work on new initiative for Talent Acquisition Department as and when required.
